Jil Sanders Reveals New Creative Directors

Luxury German fashion house Jil Sanders has announced husband and wife duo Luke and Lucie Meier as the new creative directors, after Rodolfo Paglialunga departure in March.

Their experience in the fashion world has been extensive, though this is the first time they will work together in design. Most notably, Lucie has worked for Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton whilst Luke co-founded OAMC, a luxury menswear brand.

The Meier couple said in a joint statement “We feel proud and honored to join this beautiful brand,” adding that the brand has had a significant impact on their paths.

Expect to see the design duo’s debut collection in June 2017.
