Born and educated in Belgium, the former Christian Dior designer originally started out as an industrial and furniture designer before launching his own label in 1995. This new collection with Calvin Klein is an ode to his new home, New York City. He pays homage with pieces like an oversized jumper with a distorted “NY” logo, and a hoodie with 3 “Thank You”. The collection is a mix of knits and polished evening wear, that perfectly capture Simons’ minimal aesthetic and modernist approach to fashion.
