Anticipation Grows for Norway’s New Lofoten Opera Hotel
By#legendJanuary 26, 2016
The low-rise serpentine structure of the Lofoten Opera Hotel is a breathtaking sight. The 118,400-square-feet property in Glapen, Norway, sits snugly within the majestic Lofoten archipelago landscape, with ocean to the south and west, and mountains towering over picturesque seaside homes in the coastal town. Nestled on a point stretching into the Norwegian Sea, the hotel almost seamlessly blends into its surroundings and has been designed with the landscape, sustainability and functionality in mind. It will offer hotel rooms, apartments, a spa and sports facilities. Now all we need is an opening date.
