Mina Park From Sook Hosts Pop-Up in Myanmar

Following her adventure in Myanmar at the end of last year, Mina Park from Korean private kitchen Sook is heading back to Yangon to run a pop-up restaurant. Park will collaborate with chef Kevin Ching and restaurateur Ivan Pun, pitching up at La Carovana, their contemporary Italian restaurant. From March 5-6, Park will serve up her signature Korean cuisine in the great outdoors – in the La Carovana courtyard. The collaboration represents something of a return to the start for Ching, who once served Korean-Cuban sandwiches from a food truck while getting established in Myanmar. sook.hk
